WooCommerce Integration

WooCommerce meets WhatsApp.

Connect your WooCommerce store to Dakiya by Munshi Ji and use your configured WhatsApp API session for order-related business messaging.

Introduction

Dakiya by Munshi Ji for WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce store with the Dakiya WhatsApp API service at api.notivo.link.

The plugin acts as the connection between your store and the API. It lets your WooCommerce integration use your configured API credentials and WhatsApp session to support order-related messaging.

The plugin is the WooCommerce integration. Dakiya API handles the WhatsApp connection and message delivery. Both parts are required for API-based messaging.

What It Does

WooCommerce integration

Connect your WordPress store to the Dakiya WhatsApp API without building a separate integration from scratch.

API connection settings

Configure the API URL and your API key in the plugin's settings, along with the session information required by your API setup.

Order-related messaging

Use the integration for supported order notifications and customer communication, according to the notification options available in your installed plugin version.

Separate API service

The plugin does not replace the Dakiya API server. It connects your WooCommerce store to that service.

Available settings and notification events depend on the installed plugin version and the endpoints supported by your Dakiya API deployment.

How It Works

  1. Install the plugin. Upload and activate Dakiya by Munshi Ji for WooCommerce in your WordPress admin.
  2. Configure the API. Enter the API URL and the credentials associated with your Dakiya account.
  3. Connect WhatsApp. Create or select a session in your Dakiya dashboard and complete the QR connection process.
  4. Configure notifications. Enable and configure the supported order-message options in your plugin settings.
  5. Test the connection. Confirm that the API key and session are valid before relying on notifications in a live store.

Requirements

  • A working WordPress website.
  • WooCommerce installed and activated.
  • The Dakiya by Munshi Ji plugin ZIP.
  • Access to a Dakiya API account and valid API key.
  • A WhatsApp session connected through the Dakiya API.
  • An active internet connection between your store and API server.
Downloading and installing the plugin does not automatically create an API account or connect WhatsApp. Those steps must be completed separately.

Installation

Step 1 — Download

Download the plugin ZIP file using the public download link on this page.

Step 2 — Open WordPress

Sign in to your WordPress admin and navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.

Step 3 — Upload and activate

Select the downloaded ZIP file, click Install Now, and then activate the plugin.

Step 4 — Open plugin settings

Find the Dakiya or WooCommerce integration settings provided by the installed plugin version.

Keep your WordPress installation, WooCommerce and plugin files backed up before making changes to a live store.

Configuration

Configure the connection using the actual values associated with your Dakiya API account.

API URL

https://api.notivo.link

API key

Enter your own API key. Do not copy another customer's key or use a key published in an example.

WhatsApp session

Select or enter the session information required by your plugin version and API configuration. Make sure the session is connected before testing message delivery.

Test the setup

If your installed version provides a connection or test-message option, use it to verify the configuration before enabling live order notifications.

API keys, session IDs and endpoint formats are configuration-specific. Use the values supplied by your own Dakiya dashboard and API documentation.

Order Notifications

The purpose of the integration is to let your WooCommerce store use Dakiya for supported WhatsApp order communications.

Order confirmation

Use the relevant notification option, when available, to send order-related information to the customer.

Store notifications

Where supported by your installed version, configure notifications for the store owner or administrator.

Manual messages

If manual order messaging is available in your version, use it to initiate supported messages from the relevant WooCommerce order screen.

Test with a small number of orders first. Verify the recipient number, message content and delivery result before using the integration in production.

Security and Privacy

  • Keep your API key private.
  • Do not put API credentials in public JavaScript or public repositories.
  • Restrict WordPress administrator access to trusted users.
  • Use HTTPS for your website and API requests.
  • Only send messages to recipients you are permitted to contact.
  • Follow applicable laws and WhatsApp messaging policies.

The plugin ZIP is publicly downloadable. Your API credentials should never be bundled into that ZIP. Each store owner must configure their own credentials.

Troubleshooting

API authentication failed

Verify that the API URL is correct and that your API key is active and copied accurately.

WhatsApp is not connected

Open your Dakiya dashboard and check the session status. Complete the QR connection process if necessary.

Message was not delivered

Check the API response, server logs, recipient number, session connection and the messaging restrictions that apply to your account.

Plugin download or installation failed

Confirm that the ZIP is complete and contains the expected WordPress plugin directory and main plugin file.

For API connection details, visit the Developer Documentation.

Download Dakiya for WooCommerce

Download the plugin ZIP and install it on your WordPress website. You can make the plugin files publicly available while keeping API access protected by individual credentials.

An API key and a connected WhatsApp session are required for API-based messaging. Downloading the ZIP alone does not provide WhatsApp access.
